The Ford midsize Fusion has been in production since the 2006 model year. Over time, Ford engineers and designers have poked and prodded the car in what amounts to a well-orchestrated evolution cycle. Over time, it has received revised styling, new power plants, a reworked interior and other fine-tuning. While others might applaud the “new is better” offerings available elsewhere, to us at least, the evolutionary process is good news. It translates into a well-sorted vehicle and, in this case, one with plenty of standard features.
